Babbitt Bearings are commonly used in a variety of high-speed rotating equipment such as compressors, turbines, chillers, electric motors, gear boxes and pumps.
Over the years, Sandrin Services has manufactured or repaired just about every size and shape of Babbitt Bearing imaginable including Sleeve, Journal, Thrust, Tilt Pad, etc.
Whether manufactured or repaired, all bearings are either ultrasonically or dye-penetrant tested after Re-Babbitting to ensure a secure bond between the Babbitt material and the bearing shell.
Only virgin ASTM B-23 Babbitt is used.

Specialty aluminum bronze or copper intermediate linings are available upon request.
